Interval cycling for all fitness levels! If you can pedal, you can participate!
This cardio-cycling class will help you burn fat, tone your body, strengthen your heart and increase your endurance. Using a stationary bicycle, along with a series of cycling movements, including various resistance levels, sprinting, hill-climbing, jumps, and even the use of arm bands to tone arms too, you'll get a great physical and mental workout! You can always pick your own pace during the 45 minutes of cycling! Please bring a towel and water.
Class size: Bikes are limited, 1st come, 1st serve.

A high-energy, combination class of low impact and step aeribics for a great cardio workout. This 75 minute class combines weights, bars, fit balls, and Pilates to strengthen and tone you. Great for the intermediate and co-ed students! What a great way to start off your weekend.

Description:
This multi-level class blends breathing and bodywork to bring opening and balance to mind and body. Yoga can improve your body awareness, mental focus, respiratory capacity, strength, and flexibility. This is an on-going class and includes pranayama practice, a vinyasa-style flow series, and asana practice. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket or towel, and refrain from eating at least one hour prior to class.
For ages 16 and up.
