Fit to Play - Ages 8 to 13
The Fit to Play program is designed to help children
achieve good health through fun, heart raising games
and activities that will build strength, endurance,
flexibility and wise eating habits. Using fun active
games and exercises, children learn and use the
tools necessary to help make a healthy lifestyle
change that can be shared with the whole family.
This class will run from 1-1˝ hours. Min 4/Max 10.

Hoop Dance Class – Ages 12 to
Adult
Learn exhilarating moves with a hoop that create
fluid-like dance movements. As you learn the
FUNdamentals of hula hooping, you’ll receive cardio
and muscle toning benefits unlike what any other
program can deliver. Using a specially designed,
heavier hoop, Hoop Dancing works to build stronger,
leaner core muscles. Perfect for any age, this class
works to sculpt the entire body while having fun.
Hoops are provided. Min 4/ Max 20
Note: Participants may experience some initial
bruising due to the heavier nature of these hoops
compared to their recreational counterparts.
